Courtney and Mike met on the dating app Coffee Meets Bagel. The two loved going out for drinks at Ryleigh’s the oyster bar, just blocks from their rowhouse. On the night Mike was going to propose, he had all of their friends hide out at the bar next door to Ryleigh’s, The Stalking Horse. When they walked out of Ryleigh’s together post proposal and engaged, Courtney had an even bigger surprise with all of their closest friends waiting! This adorable proposal led to today’s industrial chic Jewish wedding by Urban Row Photography.
Their wedding was full of incredibly meaningful and beautiful details; Courtney’s bridal jewelry included a series of frog brooches since her grandmother loved collecting them. Mike designed and built their ceremony chuppah! And the napkins at each place setting were hand tied with eucalyptus by Courtney’s mom. Greenery (and lots of it!) was the perfect choice to help soften the industrial chic space. The BHLDN dresses Courtney’s bridesmaids wore were all mix and match and helped to warm up an otherwise neutral space.
