We’ve confirmed it; you no longer need sand between your toes, a warm beach breeze or the sound of crashing waves to pull off the tropical wedding vibe! Sarah Aaron from Sarah Aaron Photography and Aly Smith from Satin & Sage Events, wanted to create a shoot that “married” a modern industrial Annapolis venue with the tropics. And we think they nailed it. This industrial meets tropical wedding inspiration looks like one we want to recreate!
Prism in Annapolis was the perfect location for this tropical urban wedding inspiration! With it’s industrial style, all white walls and white washed hard wood floors, it is the ideal blank canvas. And the color palate consists of a plethora of colors, befitting the tropical vibe. Green, fuchsia, orange, ivory and black with accents of copper and gold dominate the scene. The overall aesthetic really came to life with help from the amazing florals, as well as the sleek black farm table.
The unique reception table features teak wood charges, brown bottle “bud vases” and tons of copper accents woven throughout the florals and decor. A copper arch, modern and textured Wilderly Bride dress, and wicker chairs bring the whole look together. We are obsessed with the stacked acrylic box table assignments. How unique are those?! They’re filled with tropical greenery, tying each design element into this simple piece. A big thank you to Sarah Aaron Photography for sharing this urban tropical wedding inspiration with us today!
