The Historic Hofheimer is a newer venue to the scene in the Richmond wedding industry. Previously known as the “Hofheimer Fine Rug Company” the space is now characterized as one of Richmond’s rare examples of “Exotic-Revival style” architecture. The talented team involved in today’s edgy wedding inspiration was inspired by the artsy industrial vibe of the building. It boasts original wood rafters and floors, a beautiful skylight centerpiece, exposed brick walls, and a massive rooftop with eclectic views of Richmond. The Hof’s historic charm and casual, funky atmosphere make it a unique place offering something a little different when it comes to a Virginia wedding venue.
The vision unfolds a story of a modern, eclectic, fun loving “RVA” couple, Asher and Wren, as their adventure begins. Favorites from the day include the donut display from Sugarshack, a Richmond FAVE and the sweetheart table design. The unique paper goods were too good as well! From custom coasters to the invitation suite, we loved all of the wood accents and fun calligraphy. A big wow factor from this styled shoot would have to be the hanging floral installation; the ceremony set in the round surrounded the design. We love how it accented the space and kept in step with the industrial, moody vibe of the day! Thank you to Belles & Whistles for sharing this moody industrial chic wedding inspiration with us today!
