One of the best parts about getting married in this area is the abundance of amazing DC wedding venues. There are so many to choose from! Your choices range from urban lofts spaces in the city to historic estates in the hills of Leesburg and everything in between. Jennifer and Michael chose the latter. Their lovely Historic Whitehall Estate wedding was full of personal touches and laughter. They created quite a romantic day! The trailing greens in the centerpieces and ceremony created a dreamy atmosphere. We also loved the classic look of the green and white décor. Don’t miss the pops of dusty lilac in the bridal party attire.
To continue to infuse personal touches within the day, the couple gave personalized wine bottle cork favors, in honor of the brides love for fine wine, and bomboniere almonds in honor of the groom’s Italian heritage. The Italian almond wedding favors are given in clusters of five to signify five wishes for the newlyweds; these include health, wealth, happiness, fertility, and longevity. Thank you so much to Photography by Marirosa for sharing a look into this special day with us. Make sure to stay tuned this week as we bring you more at-home wedding advice from Bellwether Events! Also, you don’t want to miss another gorg real wedding on Wednesday.
