Because Jordyn and Max chose a February wedding date, they let that direct their design aesthetic for their Four Seasons Georgetown wedding. They pulled in which tones of burgundy, plum, and gold to evoke a lively yet slightly warm wintery vibe. The addition of the pheasant feathers also inspired the couple’s design choices as they added them into their various florals and menu cards. This touch made their wedding especially unique! Not only do we heart their amazing color palette and and design choices, but we also can’t get over the small details. Just look at the amazing items they incorporated into their tablescape and decor. The textured base-plates and laser cut name cards are absolutely amazing! We love when couples opt for items like these; they really elevate the design of the whole day and are sure to impress the guests.
We also love that, instead of a traditional guest book, they opted to have guests write wisdom and wishes to place in wooden boxes that housed wine bottles. These three bottles were all labeled to be opened on different anniversaries down the line. This is such a cool idea that extends their wedding day for years to come and allows their guests to be a part of it.
