If there is one word to describe Holley and Robert’s wedding in Virginia, it would be timeless. They were going for an “old world” theme for their wedding and they certainly made it happen! Through the lens of Jennifer Hughes, their classic black-tie wedding came complete with shades of gold and ivory paired with plenty of glam and sparkle. Their elegant fall wedding was planned by Ashley Baber Weddings and some many personal touches like personal welcome gifts for their guests and a few other surprises you will see later this morning in their wedding reception feature. And, don’t miss at the very bottom of Holley and Robert’s pictures, we have their wedding trailer video from Shaking Hands Productions.
From Holley: I would describe our wedding as old world and black-tie: a time where people wore dresses for dinner, drank champagne and danced in a crystal decorated ballroom!
For our wedding, we wanted to welcome guests with some well thought out savories. We had everything from Ohio Buckeyes as a nod to my home state, to a custom crab cookie and Fisher’s caramel corn from Bobby’s home state,to Hubs peanuts and Route 11 chips from our shared home state, Virginia.
There is nothing more romantic than being sprinkled with soft rose petals coming out of the church by your nearest and dearest!
And here’s their wedding video trailer from Shaking Hands Productions…
