Give me a gorgeous vintage-inspired wedding, and I am seriously one happy wedding blogger. It’s exactly what you’ll see from Kim and Matt’s wedding in Virginia shades of pink and grey with rustic details for their Charlottesville wedding. Love, love, love! And, lucky for us, Aaron Watson Photography is sharing all these pretty pictures from their sweet spring celebration of love. Be sure to join us later this morning to see their dreamy barn wedding reception!
From Kim: I love the vintage/rustic look, but I was worried about our wedding being too trendy. So I mixed in the vintage details with a more classic look. I decided to go with a pale pink and grey color scheme and used gold and green as accent colors.
I have a few DIY projects for our wedding including the match boxes, flower girl bucket and signage. It was a great way to make our wedding more personal and involve family and friends in the preparations.
