Pumpkin Spice Granola Recipe DIY Fall Wedding Favor Granola

To Make
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl mix together dry ingredients. If using coconut oil, melt it in the microwave.
In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients over dry ingredients and toss to coat evenly.

Cover a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the granola mixture onto the baking sheet to make a thin layer.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Toss with a spoon every 10 minutes to avoid burning. Remove from oven and cool completely. Store in airtight container until ready to package in favor bags.
