Today, we’re kicking things off with a Virginia wedding straight from the lens of Jessica Schmitt Photography. Jessica and Jason celebrated their union with A Midsummer Night’s Dream-inspired wedding. Their vision for their outdoor wedding was a party in which the Shakespearean play and their love of music meet, and let me tell you, it’s a good one, folks! It’s a day that is overflowing with whimsical and romantic stylings that are the perfect match to a stunning garden setting. Be sure to check back in later this morning to see their fun and meaningful wedding reception, too!
From Jessica: I started with A Midsummer Night’s Dream in mind for a theme. Nature, moss, pretty lights, blues and purples. The venue lent itself to that image very well. We also wanted to incorporate our love (or obsession) for music into our wedding. We decided to make the stationery reflect that part of the theme. Our save the dates and invitations looked like concert posters.
