I think many of you Washington DC area wedding lovers are getting married this fall, no?! If so, now’s the time to get those save the dates ordered and out the door! If you need some inspiration, have you covered with a few beautiful ideas for your save the date cards for your wedding from some local graphic designers and stationery shops in the DC area.

What’s a save the date?? It is a card or something unique that you send out to your wedding guests informing them of your wedding date. This way they can clear their calendars and start to plan ahead. Save the dates are great for just about any wedding, but are especially important for destination weddings or weddings where most guests will need to make travel arrangements. Here’s a save the date tip for you – only send a save the date to guests that you are 100% sure you will be inviting to your wedding.
