Today’s simply sweet Washington DC wedding, captured by Marcella Treybig Photography, draws on a fresh purple color palette for the bridal party! It’s a nice pop of color to the romantic garden setting of one of my favorite historic DC venues, Meridian House. Law school sweethearts Megan and Craig were set on hosting a relaxed evening wedding experience for themselves and their guests. They made sure to get the party started early by having passed champagne for a “pre-ceremony cocktail hour. Where was my invite!?
From Megan: We didn’t really have a vision in mind – just throwing an all-out awesome party. We looked at a ton of venues in the DC area. Once we fell in love with Meridian House much of the rest of just flowed from making sure we used that space as effectively as possible.
