I’m going to have to keep this short, because you must just start checking out all the details, captured by Nessa K Photography, of the cozy reception that followed Stefanie and Sonia’s outdoor “I do’s”! One long table perfectly fit their guests, and it was laden with beautiful florals with a canopy of colorful poms above. And if that cake doesn’t look good enough, just check out the flavor run down below. Oh how I wish I could have a piece. Take a look (and work up a craving!) for yourself!
From Stefanie: We had garden roses, succulents, dusty miller, ranunculus and craspedia. Our color palette consisted of goldenrod yellow, blush, peach, ivory and white, and mossy green. Our reception was intimate. We had drinks on the back deck of the lodge and then dinner at one long beautifully set table.
Having a really good photographer was really important to me and having really good food was important to Sonia. We splurged on food, photography and flowers.
Sonia arranged to have Usher’s “You Make Me Wanna…” played during the reception. I think we have a half dozen songs that claim to ours, but this was probably our first song when we started dating as teenagers.
Our cake was awesome, one tier was white cake with hazelnut mouse and the other tier was earl grey.
