Suzanne and Andrew fell in love in Paris. I know, I’m jealous too. They wanted to bring that Parisian feel to their DC area fall wedding across the pond. The symbols of France take their stand at the reception (Come back for that later!), but the Parisian romance begins right now! A few shots around Virginia with Natalie Franke Photography before heading to their church ceremony in Washington DC, and those pops of orange and leopard coat!? Perfection!
From Suzanne: Our wedding was elegant, glamorous and Parisian, with a touch of vintage. I actually got my inspiration from a tiny soapbox that had Paris stamps over it and was sprinkled with gold. It helped inspire my save the date “post cards from Paris” and then carried me through to the wedding.
Photography was very important as was the Rolls Royce. I used to ride around in my dad’s friend’s white Rolls in Atlanta when I was a little girl and have a picture with my dad in front of it where i’m wearing a white outfit. I wanted to recreate that but with me wearing my wedding dress.
