Jaysen and Christopher met on a crisp fall evening in the fall of 2013. They wandered around the Gallery Place and Penn Quarter neighborhoods talking and learning a little bit about each other. Jaysen was fascinated by Christopher’s large family and Christopher wanted to learn everything he could about Jaysen’s life as an actor. One year later, Christopher abandoned his plans to propose while on a trip to the Shenandoah Valley. He knew in the moment that he wanted to pop the question in the city where their life together had begun, instead. He asked Jaysen to marry him on the roof of the loft they share, as the sun set behind them in the ultimate romantic moment.
First of all, how adorable are these two? They are so in love! Secondly, look at all of the amazing spots that they utilized for their DC engagement session. As the two fell in love in this fantastic city, we think their choice to showcase it is picture perfect! Thank you to Chris Ferenzi Photography for sharing their fun DC modern engagement session with us today.
