Good morning Washington DC, area wedding lovers! I am just adoring this wedding engagement sessio in Washington DC. Now that the weather’s getting colder, it’s fun to see photos like these to remind us of the warmer months in this gorgeous city we live in! There really is nothing better than springtime in DC with the cherry blossoms at full bloom! Deb Lindsey Photography captured Jacki and Steve on what turned out to be a crazier day than they thought. The two laid-back, lovebirds originally planned to have their engagement session at the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden, but they got there at 5 p.m. to find out it was closing and the gates were in the process of being locked. They ran inside to take a couple of photos before they were kicked out. After that, they wandered over to the National Archives Building where they ended up finding confetti on the floor from the National Cherry Blossom Festival parade hours before. Their chaotic day turned out to capture a truly breathtaking set of memorial engagement photos celebrating the best of Washington DC and all it has to offer!
Congratulations Jacki and Steve!
