We’re back with part two of Clarisse and Gary’s luxurious DC wedding from Abby Grace Photography (Did you see them tie the knot in an outdoor ceremony yet!?). Their reception continued to ooze glamour with crystals sprinkled about. But as jaw dropping as their centerpieces were, it’s their favors that were the real showstopper. Clarisse’s aunt and grandmother flew in from Brazil and made thousands of treats for an authentic Brazilian truffle bar. Now that’s a wedding I want to attend!
My family is Brazilian! We has a brazilian truffle bar which absolutely blew the guests away! My aunt and grandmother flew in from Brazil, and spent 5 days making 2,000 Brazilian chocolate truffles all from scratch!
Clarisse’s advice to other DC-area couples:
My advice would be to slow down and take it step by step. If you’re a perfectionist and over-planner like I was, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and think of everything that needs to be done all at once. Multiple times I was doing several projects/to do items at once. Spread it out for the sake of your sanity!
